Thank you for your concern. We have never had a customer by the name of *** ***. When Ms*** called we explained to her she had nothing to worry about that if the bill was not addressed to her she had no worries. She was irate that someone had used here address, but
that was not our fault. She really just wanted to be heard, but could not understand if it was not addressed to her it was not her bill.Again, since *** *** has never actually been a customer she has no culpability or responsibility of the bill
