The seller delivered the washer and dryer with the installation INCLUDED by Andyno one else? installed the equipmentthe first wash machine broke in? a week from delivery, they replaced it with different model, but after? weeks? this one broke too, both machines were showing electronic errorsAs of yesterday the dryer broke too, and? after ? making? a? noise it? stops !!I payed for this appliances full amount, and if you read this business reviews they are? selling used machines, and several people have same problem with this businessIn this case I would like to have them come to my house, take these machines? back and? would like to? request my money backin addition, please see attached receipt as a proof of purchase not signed by me, and I wasn't aware of there policy since? To this costumer we replace the washing machine which had no problem now she says that this new washing machine is giving her problems she has a bad installation in her house since both washing machines are showing the same error she claimsWe will proceed to make the refund of the washing machine only and we will charge the charges of our policy that are written in the invoice of 20% since the merchandise that was sold to him has no defectIf she want to return both item she have to pay 20% restocking fee , our policy say very clear we not refund money but we make a exception and charge the feeThe cost of the washing machine was $ and of that amount will be reimbursed the amount of $ dollars once the washing machine is returnedYou will be charged a $ 75Xcharge for delivery

That agreement that you offer is not negotiable we will attach to the policy of our store and we will do it if they can send a person to the city to check the machines and see the conditions of them so that you yourselves realize that the machines They have no defect is this person only wants to harm the companyWe will act according to the regulations that we have in the store and its policy since the person did not want to enter into any fair agreement

 The seller delivered the washer and dryer with the installation INCLUDED by Andy. no one else installed the equipment. the first wash machine broke in a week from delivery, they replaced it with different model, but after 2 weeks this one broke too, both machines were showing electronic errors. As of yesterday the dryer broke too, and after  making a noise it stops !!I payed for this appliances full amount, and if you read this business reviews they are selling used machines, and several people have same problem with this business. In this case I would like to have them come to my house, take these machines back and would like to request my money back. in addition, please see attached receipt as a proof of purchase not signed by me, and I wasn't aware of there policy since Andy told me that I can always return.

The cost of the washing machine was $ 300 and of that amount will be reimbursed the amount of $ 150 dollars once the washing machine is returned. You will be charged a $ 75X2 charge for delivery.
