I am not happy with Bare Necessities. I ordered a bra online and it didn't fit as planned and so I decided to return it. When I read about their return and exchange policy, it was my understanding that if I returned the bra I would not be credited the full amount of the bra because of a shipping fee of $6.95. However, if I were to exchange the bra for another, this shipping fee wouldn't be charged to my account. I figured, okay, I need a bra and can exchange my order for a pricier bra and just pay the difference.
I was still not credited the full amount of my first order because of a $6.95 shipping fee. When I called customer service to discuss my concerns that the policy isn't clear, I was told that I wouldn't be charged a shipping fee for the exchanged item. I asked why I hadn't been credited the full amount for my first order when I chose to exchange it. I was told I returned it and so this is why; the exchange item doesn't have a shipping fee.
Just be aware that you will lose money if you take the risk of buying from here and don't like the product. I'm left hoping the new bra will fit considering I spent more than I ever have on a bra that is a unique size not found in my usual home stores.
