I was hired to do credentialing for this client.  It was set up and I informed the client that it normally takes 90 days but could take longer depending on payers.  We did run into a few issues and the client was credentialed with some of her payers. I will admit that the assitant I was...

using for this process was delayed changes had to be made.  I also informed the client I would refund her the money for payers not processed in which she had paid for.  I will still make good on my statement.  I ask that the client send me an email of what she belives she is due to be paid and I will correspond with her to expedite finalizing this complaint.  I am sorry that it came to this but my office will stand by its word and make good on the refund.  Thank You.
