We are doing our very best to meet the wishes of her choices of what she wants on her machineI've provided her a complete list of what the possibilities were and we revised it twice as she requested in writing% of our customers decide over the telephone what they want doneHowever, Ms*** required us to do this in writing several times Finally we received her check, she decided what she wanted done, and now we are currently work on itI feel that this complaint is resolved
Will called and provided verbal response: Consumer has had the unit back for month now and she can easily see that all the keys that she could not read on her previous board are now readable on the new boardThe proof is in the keyboard, the shift light is also operable nowNew board is clean and operableShe got more than she paid for, we went above and beyond for herIt just wasn't listed on the invoice, but you can clearly see what has been done
