Vaughn Bros Barber Shop

ON October 5, Mr*** came into Vaughn's Barber shop INcand asked for a haircutHe was given a haircut and when he was shown the cut he said it looked fine(Picture Provided) After being let out of the chair he got up close to the mirror to take a better look and still said yes that
the haircut was satisfactory(Picture provided) However hours after recieving said haircut he called in and said that it was not short enoughWe offered to give him a free haircut, to take it shorter and he said he had no ride to come get it fixedHe said he wanted a refund and I stated to him that I would have no problem fixing the cut that if he could come for money that he could come to get it shorterHe got very angry that we would not just hand over $to him that he got verbally loud and hung up the phone before we could come to a resolutionAfter Mr*** clearly took good looks at hi haircut at the shop (picture provided) and somehow decided hours later that he was unhappy lends us to believe that there was more to this then what is being statedThe offer of a free haircut is still on the table but I offer no refund to a customer who claims that fixing it would cause further damage when his complaint on the phone was it needed to be shorter, plus one who yells at employees on the phone when we try to help rectify the situation.Thank you
