I used this company for a home inspection Sewer Guard protection offered and is not being honored
I recently purchased a home A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections provided a home inspection on March 21, at the cost of $ At the time of the inspection, all plumbing "appeared functional" according to the inspection report, with the exception of a small leak under the kitchen sink There was also a picture of the washer connections included in the inspection report (again the report stated "appears functional") I closed on the house April 29th, and officially moved in May On June 1, my brother in law touched the drain pipe for the washing machine and it completely fell off the wall The drain pipe could not be reattached on it's own because it was so corroded ( I have a picture of the pipe and sent this picture to Rich *** on June 5th) My father was able to reattach the drain pipe with a boot On June 4th, I had a brand new washer and dryer delivered The
