I am rejecting this response because:
It took us that long to find what was biting us because they were INSIDE the box spring. Not to mention the manufacturer of that mattress box spring is now out of business. Orkin came in day after I threw out the matress and there were NO signs of infestation at all. I have paperwork to prove it and I have doctor apointments paper work to prove I started going to the doctor for bites later in october and throughout the months, right after mattress was delivered.

Customer has a 12 month payment agreement with our company, we delivered brand new, in original plastic, king mattress and split foundations on 10/1/16, customer refused set up at time of delivery.  On January 20th, the customer came in and paid 2 payment (late December and January) no...

conversation about bedbugs or issues with product at that time.  January 28th complaint on product 3 1/2  months past delivery date, not a product problem.  Customer needed to talk to landlord about problem in apartment.[redacted]
