Mr*** utilized our services for more than yearsThe deposit was actually an assessment fee and we corrected the terminology and sent out a message of the policy change to all caregivers 7/The refund was valid for a year and he was the only one that had an issue with the policy change
The fee was charged to cover an assessment for his wife into our programI personally sent a check out to the address we have on record in JanuaryI did not get returned mail and assumed he received it

Despite the assertion that a check was mailed in January, I have not received anythingI told this to VaughnGage in previous emails and was told they would resendI have still not not received the refund and they have not responded to any follemails or phone callsI suggest they cancel payment on any hey sent and send a new one to my home address
