Arrived as scheduled. Completed job much quicker than I had expected. Cleaned up perfectly, would never know a roof had just been installed.

The team arrived early and were ready to roll. Care was taken in protecting our floors and the team cleaned as they went. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly. This is our second home project using Vaughn?s Roofing and Remodeling and we will likely call on them again for future projects.

My wife and I retired, Bought a 50 year old home on a Mountain in Conway County AR. Called Bo Vaughn at Vaughn Roofing snd Remodeling for an estimate on what we wanted to do. It was a complete interior gut and major exterior changeover. He listened very intently to both myself and my wife as though he was trying to relate and totally understand our vision on the transformation. Turns out he was. He sent an amazing team of master carpenters that stayed through the entire process. The Team (like Bo Vaughn) daily, yes daily followed up with us on what was going on and the next steps. I was mostly impressed with the Company because anything we requested on design the team or Bo would agree, say yes we can and move full steam ahead. Both the Remodel Team and Bo Vaughn read our vision and they both greatly contributed and improved on what we thought several times. They have a keen eye for design. Bo was always a phone call away if we needed him. Same goes for the lead on the Remodel team. Any questions my wife or I had were answered with urgency with detailed explanations. Overall I feel our home has MORE than doubled in value and we did not come close to spending that much. That?s another point, Bo will communicate on how your budget is coming consistently, both savings and overages. No surprises is the comforting message here. Couldn?t ask for better open Dialogue if you want to upgrade, he will let you know exactly where you stand. Overall the Character of the people I delt with during the process was very professional and courteous start to finish. I would recommend Vaughn Roofing and Remodeling for any project small or huge like ours. Without hesitation.

Trustworthy, hard working and wonderful group of workers. They go above and beyond to help out their clients and meet the needs. Knocked out our roof, rip off and wood repairs and layed new roof and pavilion roof. It looks amazing and is built to last . Amazing clean up job. Will only be using them for all our other needs as well. Truly wonderful handled all our streses for us as homeowners with a breeze and they stand by their work.

Mr Vaughn and his employees were professional and did a great job on replacing and staining some boards on one end of my house. His business is local which is a plus. I will definitely contact him again for future needed service.
