At V&M Insurance we take the satisfaction of our clients very seriously and would like this situation resolved for our clientAs the principle of the company I was just made aware of this situation and the clients agent as been addressedCommunication is of utmost importance and lack of it is
not acceptableWe believe the request is reasonable and would like to resolve this as soon as possible.Thnaks ***

I am rejecting this response because:I called the agent and business owner on 4/18 and left a message with the business owner notifying him of this issue. Stating that this is the first they have been made aware of the situation 10 days later is unacceptable. I have incurred $10 in payment fees by having to call the provider directly to make payments instead of going through the agent who has shown they are unable to proficiently process payments. I am also out various other monies for the two days my insurance was cancelled and I had to use a taxi and pay friends for transportation to and from work so as to be in compliance with the law. I will not consider this issue settled until the company has made me whole.

Review: This company took my bank information and entered it incorrectly. When I realized after a few days the money had not been taken from my account I contacted them again to ensure I was covered. They advised me I was fully covered and it was just taking time. My insurance was then cancelled by the actual provider and I was charged fees by the provider for "returned checks". I have contacted them multiple times and they refuse to get in touch with me or correct their error. I contacted the Insurance Provider directly because I was unable to drive to work and they were able to take my bank information correctly over the phone. They charged me additional fees for this service. I can show correspondence and phone records that I have attempted multiple times to get them to pay the fees their error caused me to incur and they refuse to get back to me.Desired Settlement: I want the $30 return check fee they caused, The $5 phone payment fee I had to pay to the insurance provider and the $53.82 I paid in cab fair during the weekend my car insurance was cancelled.
