Solid company with great products
Great, honest company. They aren't without their faults, but they make timely & sincere efforts to get issues corrected as quickly as possible.
Companies and people are more than entitled to make their mistakes. It's what they do after they make them that matters.
I purchased an item from this company and after two weeks, 2 emails, 1 Facebook message, and 2 phone calls I still had not received an item or a response back, even though my card had been charged. At 3 AM, I finally received a response (after threatening to report them for fraud) that they had a computer software issue and apologized for the delay. I asked how this issue caused them to not ship an item or respond to numerous emails and phone calls, but they never responded. Finally got the item, but after that terrible customer service I would take your business elsewhere.
We take full responsibility for the customer experience. It is true that there was a delay in getting the item ordered as we had technical difficulties on our web site. We could have done better in communicating the reason to Troy.
