His published listing states, "Only one or two exist...period! Verified by NGC" and "this could be THE ONLY ONE as NGC verbally stated that they thought there was a second, but offered no NGC # or proof of a second coin."

It's not worth the aggravation and hard feelings as we have worked well together over the years."
10/6/15 VWAA emailed Mr. [redacted]:
"[redacted],
In regards to the 2009 UHR you purchased from us on August 28th, 2015:
On September 12, 2015, you wrote and asked to return the coin.
On September 21, 2015, you and I spoke by phone and we agreed to accept your return.
On the morning of September 22, 2015, we emailed you a prepaid FedEx mailing label.
On the evening of September 22, 2015, you and your wife both told me you had decided to keep the coin
You have since listed the coin for public sale on multiple occasions, clearly and definitively demonstrating your ownership of the coin.
If you would like to sell us your coin, or anything else in your collection, we would be happy to make an offer.
Sincerely,
Vault Wholesale"
10/6/15 Mr. [redacted] responded: "The coin will be going out and if I do not hear from you that I am receiving a full $9,000 refund...I will be filing a formal complaint in the morning (with "the AG's office").
We feel that after our response of 10/6, there was nothing more to add. By refusing to return the coin as promised, by listing the coin for public sale on multiple occasions and by offering to sell us the coin for $15,000, Mr. [redacted] clearly and definitively demonstrated his ownership of the coin.
Thanks again for the opportunity to tell our side of the story. I am happy to answer any further questions you have as well as providing you with unedited emails and voice mails of all correspondence between Vault Wholesale and Mr. [redacted] regarding the coin in question.
Sincerely,
