In response to this complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. Mr [redacted] continually made changes and was in decisive in his selections of materials. This along with the surprise move in of his girlfriend, dog and her parents showing up caused several delays. Also on almost a daily basis we would show up to work am...

Mr. [redacted] and his girlfriend were passed out and or couldn't get out of bed until 2 pm inhibiting us from working. I have photos of him passed out on the living room floor. Not to mention the drugs that were in plain sit along with loaded weapons. This can be verified by the inspector who came out at one point. As per Mr [redacted] request to" get it ready for renter" some work was put together under the assumption we would be back to repair it properly when the renter left. Mr [redacted] began acting in an aggressive manner and was unwilling to allow us back to repair and finish our work. He hired other people to come in, at that point we washed our hands of this project and no longer assume responsibility. With the 4 months of delays. Aided by Mr [redacted] and his bizarre behavior and unscheduled house guests and numerous changes I have incurred an additional expenses totaling over $45,000.00. I ask that Mr. [redacted] take care of his responsibilities and pay this debt or we will be forced to lien his property. Sincerely Michael H V[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Sadly as per his erratic and dishonest pattern of behavior Mr. V[redacted] has chosen to engage in personal attacks of an irrelevant and false nature.  He has not addressed the he did work out of code and refused to finish his contract.  One can not simply "wash their hands" of a contract because they are irritated.  No threatening language or behavior was ever used. Over the period from JUL 16 - FEB 17 he had ample opportunity to finish the work he was contracted to do. At no point did I prevent him from doing his work.  As a combat wounded and valorously decorated United States Army Officer I am happy to provide any character reference.  I have included two statements from 3rd parties as to VB Tile And Stone's performance.  I will be submitting pictures and estimates of all faulty work shortly as well.  I have copied my attorney on this repsonse.
