Hello customer with Audi he is never show me money, and he didn't wanted pay me at all, he said he wanted stolen with towing after my work when I'll go home, so I just finished work agreement and didn't received full amount, because he is lied me and he also lied about damages on his car, he says he wants make money on this car and will judge you and make you pay me 10000$ Which is not legal

Hi I'm *** VC Quality Service body shop Responding for ID *** Customer was bring Audi Awhite, he wanted remove the rest of pink paint on the car, he was painted all car pink color and he was spray on all black trims and lamps, and he was drives on car-wash to wash car but a lot of
pink paint was fell away, then he go home and he was try remove all pink paint from his car and when hi pressured washed he broke and spoiled a lot of plastic trims and rubbers on glass, moldings and roof because he said I tried remove all pink paint from the plastics and trims and broke lot of moldings, when he bring me car it was a lot of broken plastics and on all corners and inside of door jambs was a lot of pink color paint, he told me finish remove all pink paint and replace front grill because it was broken and quarter glass because he make a big damage on glass molding from pressure washer he damaged, I give him estimates for remove pink paint $and replace front grill and quarter glass $and deposit for parts 660, then when it was finished he came and he said sorry I can't pay now all money, can I take car today because Ignition interlock or car breathalyzerThe device is connected to the vehicle, and it has a preset level for blood alcohol concentration determined by your stateIf you blow into it, your vehicle will not start and it was expire on next day so he has to take car for recalibrate it and he said I'll came back next day and will bring you money, but I told him no because I cannot giving you vehicle if you not pay me, because I finish my job and you have to pay me for job but he said OK so I'll not pay you, I'll call my towing truck and after you are leave from shop I'll take it, I told him so I have to call police and he say I will say police that you are broke all trim and all moldings on my car and I'll not pay you anymore I want for repair all broken parts on my car, I told him you can say anything but I can't give you vehicle without payment, and he gives me $cash and ask me please give me car today and I promise I'll bring you the rest of the money on tomorrow, I give him keys but he was very wicked and began to threaten me that I'll burn your shop and beat all the cars, I'll send you a Mexicans guys and I'll judge you and make you pay me (I was recorded when he Threatened and was evil) He left and never came back, and he never pay me rest of the money I keeping files of agreement with customer and audio recorded he want send a Mexicans guys, and I don't have recorded he threatened me that the shop would burn If you have any questions please contact with me at any time Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:Everything [redacted] is saying is not true and I will prove that in court when I show the before pictures I have of my car before he started destroying my car. I have witnesses that saw my car besides my boyfriend, witch I have statements and the witness is a owner of a auto dealership.  I have a  final reciete saying the remaining balence Is due  after he fixes what he did to my car. [redacted] contracted me a couple days ago with a reciete paper that wasn't even my signature on it, and a lot of added things to it and different color pen because he just started writing whatever he wanted to add to it. I also don't know why he keeps saying "he" I am very much a woman named [redacted] and I am the sole owner of the vehicle. I am taking this to court because [redacted] is not being truthful at all and the evidence shows for it self, unless he pays for all the damages that I have quoted from the audi dealership. The audi dealership does all my auto maintenance.

I am rejecting this response because:In Reference to claim ID: [redacted] Rebuttal as to VC Quality Service Body Shop’s response to filed complaint for dispute resolution: His statement is completely fabricated and slanderous. As the job was to be completed I arrived ready and preparedwith $1500.00 dollars cash in all hundred dollar bills to pay the amount due. He saw that I had cash in hand and had every intention on happily paying for services and a job well done When I saw the finished product I became very upset and stated that the work he did on the vehicle was not only poor quality job and was significantly damaged! It was in better condition prior to taking it to his shop. I asked if he realized the amount of damage that was caused to the car.. I explained that the damages incurred by his carelessness will be very expensive to repair in comparison to his original estimate and there was no way I was going to pay for any services rendered unless he corrected all the damages he was liable for because I have photographic proof of the condition of the vehicle because before I dropped off the car I took detailed photos for my own safety precautions and evidence that the condition  the car was in when I dropped it off and it is a good thing I did. I explained once the car is in the condition I brought it in and the original repairs requested are completed I would have no problem paying for his services. He agreed and said that wouldn’t be a problem and could fix it by buffing out damages on paint job alone. I said that isn’t even an option or solution because all that was ruined needed to be replaced the partsdamaged included my tail tights,Paint, seals, sun roof, and more. In his response he said that the car had all thosedefects that needed to be repaired when it wasbrought in to be repaired and he did not do those damages, If that was the truth then why wouldn’t they have been included in the repair. At which point I said I would need to take my vehicle and get an estimate from another business for the damages that happened in his possession and would not pay him for breach of verbal contract that my car was going to be in perfect condition. He then said then he could not allow me to take my vehicle without some sort of financial compensation. Then he said I'll fix it give me $ 600.00 and bring the car back after you get an estimate from dealer.  I told him I would agree only on the condition of documenting with a receipt stating that he was responsible for the costs of damages due on the car. The balance he asked for was rendered; howeverI will not ever in my life let him touch any of my vehicles, he was also racist obviously with the fallacious statements and remarks about my boyfriend who is Hispanic and drove me there, only threat he made was that he wanted to call the cops on [redacted] for malpractice and not wanting to release the vehicle to us. I now know that he is not a professional and I just want him to pay for the damage he made to the vehicle. OrI will proceed with a motion with a Civil Lawsuit in superior court and sue for punitive damages and legal fees!At this point to retain an attorney for this type of civil suit or arbitration, plus all the damages and his legal fees he would be looking at upwards of $15,000.00. I have an estimate of damages alone is over $6,000.00. I would like to resolve quickly and with least complications as possible. Any help with this dispute resolution is greatly appreciated.
