was unfairly charged - it is our policy to advice owners of all procedures and associated costs ahead of time, and if that important communications was missed on our part it is absolutely appropriate that she should be refunded.Ms***'s other concerns are more complicated, and because we take them very seriously, I need to speak to Ms*** directly to discuss themAlthough it is impossible for a doctor to alter records, we are deeply concerned that Ms*** perceived that it was doneMueller Pet Medical Center prides itself on excellent medicine, patient, care, and client communicationWe regret the loss of Ms***'s dog, and are deeply saddened by her disappointment in our careWe could like to work with her to reach a satisfactory resolution.I can be reached by phone 9am-6pm weekdays excluding Thursday, and Saturdays from 2pm-10pm at *** ***
