I was told that my dog needed a Heartworm blood test the young girl that was attempting to get blood out of my dog was holding the needle rocking back and forth sweating on her brow while the older lady held my 11yr old dog she attempted to withdraw blood from my dog by stabbing my dog first in the front right leg in several directions then the back leg it was in so long the older lady said pull it out it is starting to coagulateI was feeding my dog lots of treats and had to say, no more that's enough not againI saw the girl walking in the back room as I exited the room to collect my dogs urine and it dawned on me that she had never done blood withdrawal before I said to her first time drawing blood? I walked out side the older lady holding my dog was outside with me and she grabbed my dogs leash and jerked it from my hand saying I have to do this she told my dog to go then she yanked on my dogs leash my dog is old and arthritic and she fell back into a seated position I took the leash from the woman she said I don't want it to walk on the [redacted] from the tree they will hurt her I didn't see any I let my dog walk she peed I bent down to collect the urine and the Vet was right in my face and she said, "Your not going to talk to my staff that way, I stood up I was stunned I stepped away from her face and said, tell her to put her big girl pants on and take criticism like a man, buck up, the vet rushed in front of me said, "You and I are going to have a talk." and grabbed the door closing it, I grabbed the door swung it open I said, " I bet you'd like to think so." I walked in and didn't pay for the blood test but the bill was high and I later found out the Heartworm blood test wasn't due for a while and all that was just abuse to my poor dog
