Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the...

business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This job has not been completed.   Several items that are unfinished, need repair or replacement and have been expressed to VDG on several occasions.   These items include pavers that are not secured and are loose; multiple pavers that are not sanded and have gaps surrounding them which will lead to them becoming dislodged, and allowing water, ice, debris etc. to enter; there are areas of the current sand that have not hardened after several weeks and are easily removed with a garden hose;   area of asphalt at driveway coming apart; exposed lawn areas of rocks that we were told would be brought back to original condition and prepared to actually accept grass seed; sprinkler heads readjusting after being dug up from the ground, and connected to the correct sprinkler zones;  Garage door opener broken by contractors after the repetitive use of using the garage as a staging and work area. We completely understand rain delays, but the continued excuses and repetitive lack of response and lack of  professional responsibility has made this job a complete nightmare.    With areas of the polymer sand already coming out and pavers that are already loose after two weeks leads us to believe that this job was done with the same quality as its responsiveness to customers needs.   We have asked politely several times to please complete this fully and correctly.   Once I have made it known I would make an official complaint the owner goes off via text with cursing etc.    All documented and saved for future reference.    A new door was put in at a price paid of $237 and $200 for gutter placement.   Full payment was paid on good faith after he constantly stated he would be back.   I have conversation after conversation of VDG stating that would be back and then another week would go by with no contact.  The sprinkler system repair and adjusting has cost me several hundred dollars.    I also have to find a contractor to try and re sand the areas that arent done, and attempt to repair the ones that have come loose.   We will need someone to evaluate if this was even done properly so we may avoid future breakdown.   The garage door needs to be looked at by an electrician and will incur additional cost.  We need the remaining items repaired ASAP or will be requesting a full refund to bring in a professional.
