Veach Properties

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  However, while I accept the response they gave me, the letter had an unprofessional tone. Ultimately, this is my biggest complaint with this company. They are slow to respond and when they do it is in an unprofessional manner. My first and last reaction to the response letter was that I was a nuisance to them.
