crooks sold me garbageI didnt even have the car for yrsand head gasket wentthey promised me upon purchase what sets them apart is there policy when it comes to fixing carsI was told that I would only have to pay for parts and not laborSo I called and explained situation and after finally being able to speak with someone they never heard of that policyThey are rude and sell crap cars and provide terrible customer service

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I test drove the car for 15-minutes, the car was loaded with air freshners so we didn't feel smoking smellWhen you lock the car for a day with windows closed then you really feel strong smoking smell The car dealer is about miles from my place, there is no point in driving for miles for another detailingWhen I was signing the purchase order, the dealer mentioned about getting another key from previous ownerIf he knew the fact, he sold the car with single key, then why did have to say or mention itIt is nice to deal with a dealer who follows really good business ethics Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello my name is Miriam Would like to brefly share my experience with whom ever it may apply to , I recently went to vebs auto about months to be exact to buy a reliable car affordable carThe sales men were very persistent and respectful, I end up with a car of my comfort and liking layter on to find out that I was mislead of the perks of the car Of my liking, I was up set and related this concern with them but yet they kept referring me to different people INTILL I finally got my Anwser, they end up telling me that I must have misunderstood and never apologize for the inconvenience and huge expense I end up paying shorty after my experience I spoke to one of my friends and found out he had went tru a similar experienceJus a tip for those who are going forward with a purchase it's imperative that your research is done and everything that is stated its in writtenGood luck to you all and Thank you

Dear Revdex.com: We are sorry to hear this complaint.  We do not feel this complain is accurate.  The car came with one key and that is what was given to the customer.  We give all the keys available to our customers. If we ever told the customer he would be receiving an additional key,...

it would be listed on the purchase order and added to the price.  I checked our purchase order and an additional key is not listed.The customer test drove the car and decided to purchase it.  The car smelled the same way on the day of the test drive as it did on the day of the delivery.  The customer did not mention or complain about any smell during our business transaction.  We would have no way of knowing if the previous owner smoked or not.  It is awful that his family is allergic to the smell, but we must remind you that the customer is allowed to go inside the vehicle, test drive, and do any research they need before the purchase.  It is unfortunate that he is questioning our business ethics.  If VEB Auto was at any fault, we would quickly take responsibility and try to resolve the issue with the customer; but we cannot be responsible for a decision he made after given the opportunity to inspect inside and outside of the car himself.  The best we can do is offer to detail his car inside and out free of charge, however, we cannot guarantee this will change the smell he is mentioning.  Thank you, Veb Auto Sales LLC

I am rejecting this response because: Vebs Auto sold me the [redacted] MDX knowing their was problem with the vehicle and also I express to veb auto that I took the vehicle to a [redacted] to get an oil change and [redacted] did a free inspection the vehicle and inform me that Vebs should have made all the necessary fixing on the vehicle before they sold it. I went to Vebs auto and gave them a print out of [redacted] inspection finding, Vebs auto express to me they would pay half of the repair and I pay the other half. I [redacted] declined their off because Vebs outo dealer sold me a vehicle without completing the necessary repair before the sold me and also Vebs auto was soppose to change the timing belt at 110,000 however they didn't and also I receive the vehicle over the amount of mileage. I [redacted] do not feel comfortable to allow them to touch the vehicle because they were dishonest to me because they sold me a vehicle without making the necessary fixing.

The car dealer is about 110 miles from my place, there is no point in driving for 220 miles for another detailing. When I was signing the purchase order, the dealer mentioned about getting another key from previous owner. If he knew the fact, he sold the car with single key, then why did have to say or mention it.
It is nice to deal with a dealer who follows really good business ethics.
