Review: I inquired at a website for information about a commercial loan. I was contacted by [redacted], of Vector Credit Solutions / Vector Innovative Inc who requested an application and supporting documents. I was shopping around and considering other lenders. [redacted] assured me that he could close my loan in 30 days and he was able to secure the best interest rate. He presented me with a contract that outlined the term of the loan and the fees. I was then instructed to wire him the funds for the commercial appraisal and part of the origination fee (totaling $5630). I sent these funds and then weeks past before the appraisal was ever ordered. Each time I called [redacted] he assured me that he was working on the loan and we would be able to close. He then advised that I request an extension from the sellers. He finally did order a local appraisal and signed a the appraisal order, assuring the appraiser that he would overnight the funds ($2300.00 of which I had paid to him). The appraiser provided the report and [redacted] failed to send the funds to pay. I finally had to pay for the appraisal myself and then use an emergency lender in order to close my real estate deal, and paid much higher rates and fees. My contract with [redacted] stated that if he failed to provide the loan, he would return all funds to me within 30 days. It has now been well over a month and when I repeated call [redacted] his response is that he will return my money as soon as he can. It seems as if this whole operation is fraudulent.Desired Settlement: I request that all funds be returned, per our contract, within three business days.
