Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/09/23) */

1.roof was done correctly
2.this man and his wife are ju[redacted] looking for an insurance pay out
3.we are licensed as an LLC. not...

a DBA
4.I came to this clients home personally to resolve what he was saying was wrong, and he told me the (aluminum)boots where ru[redacted]ing after 3 days
5.this man attacked me. His wife had to hold him back from physically assaulting me.so I left.
But for be clear we have done over 2,000 roofs and the only complaint on a roof we have is this one.

Some people ju[redacted] can't be pleased.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/09/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The actual reason why Mr. [redacted] abruptly got in his truck and drove away the morning of September 16, 2015, was because I que[redacted]ioned him about his la[redacted] business victims during our conversation. During that time, Mr. [redacted] was never attacked nor did I present myself in a threatening manner. Furthermore, nobody held me back to prevent me from "attacking" Mr. [redacted]. We have a witness along with video and audio recordings of the entire conversation. His version of the conversation is additional proof of his deceitfulness. The only "attack", if even considered an attack, was done verbally to his ego when I pointed out his poor workmanship and blunders throughout the roof, which he admitted "looks like [redacted]." I, then, called Mr. [redacted] a criminal; a [redacted]atement that is based on extensive research that includes looking up his name on Missouri CaseNet. I also spoke to a lawyer who is currently representing another victim of Mr. [redacted]'s deceitful business practices.
According to the Missouri Secretary of State website, the Certificate of Organization for TSA Con[redacted]ruction Solutions LLC, #LCXXXXXXXXX, was not dated and signed by the Missouri Secretary of State, Jason Kinder, until September 21, 2015. Likewise, according to the business licensing department for the city of Springfield, MO., as of September 9, 2015, TSA Con[redacted]ruction Solutions "LLC" nor Mr. [redacted], were legally licensed to do business inside the city of Springfield. I signed the TSA Con[redacted]ruction Solutions LLC contract with Mr. [redacted] on Augu[redacted] 25, 2015. During that time and prior to that time, he deceptively presented himself as a valid and legal company to operate in the city of Springfield.
Mr. [redacted] misleadingly presented proof of insurance to me on September 16, 2015. He claimed that he had insurance and if I had any problems with my roof that I should make a claim with his insurance to get it taken care of. On September 19, 2015, I found fresh water spots on the ceiling of a bedroom, as well as, evidence of a recent roof leak in the attic above the same bedroom area. I contacted [redacted] Mr. [redacted]'s insurance provider, and talked to his insurance agent who [redacted]ated Mr. [redacted]'s company, TSA Con[redacted]ruction Solutions, was not insured as a roofing company, but as only a concrete company. Furthermore, the insurance agent advised Mr. [redacted]'s insurance coverage did not [redacted]art until September 2, 2015.
This complaint has nothing to do with attempting to gain insurance money or being difficult to get along with. This complaint is my la[redacted] resort to hold a person of que[redacted]ionable character and business practices accountable for a job he never finished and repeatedly failed to correct several issues, some of which, Mr. [redacted] pointed out on September 2, 2015 during his 'final inspection' of the project. In my final email to Mr. [redacted] dated September 14, 2015, I, again, pointed out the unfinished work and all the corrections needed. About 11:55 am of September 14th, Mr. [redacted] called, which I have a recording of, and acknowledged the email. However, I believe the only reason Mr. [redacted] showed up on September 16, 2015 was due to the fact that I told him in the email that was the deadline before I would take legal action. Mr. [redacted] made several promises to resolve issues on September 4, 2015 and September 9, 2015, but the issues never were resolved and the job remains unfinished.
As I said in the email to Mr. [redacted], dated September 14, 2015, "At this point we feel like we have been lied to, ripped off and taken advantage of and you have done nothing to make us think otherwise."
Final Business Response /* (4000, 25, 2015/10/13) */

He is very aggressive.

He is looking for a free roof by saying it was done wrong.
His wife Mrs [redacted] said we where the be[redacted] thing to happen to her and her home.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 27, 2015/10/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
A representative from Mr. [redacted]'s insurance has not been to our property. After reading Mr. [redacted]'s second response to this complaint, I talked to his insurance agent [redacted] at [redacted] in Springfield, MO the morning of October 14, 2015. [redacted]ated he does not have a claim for our home and has "nothing on file" indicating that anybody from the insurance company has been to our home. Furthermore, [redacted]ated he has not communicated with Mr. [redacted] "in a long time." I have been advised that insurance companies do not cover sloppy workmanship, the 10 year labor warranty which Mr. [redacted] claims to have but refuses to provide and [redacted]and behind, is supposed to cover things like workmanship issues. La[redacted]ly, Mr. [redacted] did not have insurance at the time of the project and was not even properly insured as a roofing company as of September 16, 2015 therefore, a claim could not be filed.
Mr. [redacted] con[redacted]antly harassed and begging us through text and phone calls to like his company's new facebook page and provide a positive review. Ms. [redacted] reluctantly wrote a review about the company which she deleted shortly after discovering Mr. [redacted] blatantly lied to us several times, victimized us with deceitful business practices, failing to correctly do the job and finish the job he was paid to do. The comment Mr. [redacted] is referring to is a screenshot of Ms. [redacted] comment dated September 1, 2015. Mr. [redacted] po[redacted]ed the screenshot on the company's facebook page October 4, 2015 which we feel was done to exploit and trivialize this complaint.
Mr. [redacted] continues to make baseless allegations about insurance money and claiming I am "very aggressive," which is more effort to evade the actual issues which are; leaving a job unfinished, his shabby work, not honoring his warranty and deceitful, possibly illegal business practices.
A reasonable person would think Mr. [redacted] would not make incriminatory [redacted]atements such as claiming his insurance agent had been to our house, a claim that is easily refuted by simply calling his insurance agent. I feel his false claim about his insurance adju[redacted]er visiting our home is additional proof that Mr. [redacted] cannot be tru[redacted]ed and is less-than truthful. Mr. [redacted] is a person who can not to be tru[redacted]ed and one who I am concerned with being violent and retaliatory in response to this complaint. Which is based on his multiple-page public criminal record on CaseNet, he has a hi[redacted]ory of breaching contracts along with being a convicted felon for burglary, receiving [redacted]olen property and [redacted]ealing (ju[redacted] to name a few.)
