Vector Scopes

Review: I ordered a lower parts kit for an [redacted] from "Vector Scopes". Upon receipt, the parts were installed, and the weapon would not function properly. The hammer would not remain cocked, and would fall forward rendering the weapon inoperable. I contacted Vector Scopes, and on June 24th, they told me that they were going to send me a new hammer and disconnector. The new parts never arrived, despite my follow-up requests on July 17th and July 23rd. I then called them on 29 July, and requested a full refund. Due to their repeated lack of response, I went to another store and purchased a working [redacted]. I gave Vector Scopes more than one opportunity to resole this, and they ignored me. The company offers 100% satisfaction on their website,Desired Settlement: I demand a refund for the faulty parts.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 9/11/13 she stated once the defected part is returned back to the company a new part will be shipped to the customer.
