Very bad
Very bad experience during my stay. I had broken dirty bathroom and Tv in the living room doesn’t work.
I left the apartment and returned the key at Keycafe.

This company is bad! Update
I booked an apartment in Texas and the apartment was dirty. I changed to an even dirtier apartment that was older. Neighbors could see through the blinds. The neighbors were constantly outside of my window looking in. The apartments are really ghetto. The neighbors bothered me the whole time spewing hateful racist things at me.
Customer service is rude. They charge $75 for a cleaning fee. I changed apartments and the next apartment in another building was dirty and the bathroom and kitchen had flooded. They advertise a washer and dryer and there was not one. Other units had a washer but they were upset about my complaints with the neighbors and they gave me an apartment with no washing machine. The neighbors at the apartment s
we're also rude and said I was too quiet for my skin color so they started slamming everything to make me slam stuff. They said they had to turn me into a n word. They brought kids from the neighborhood into their apartment to follow me around to each room where they were taunting and slamming everything. I tried to report it to vector. I called them and they hung up on me ten times. I needed to stay a few extra days and I asked to change apartments. They told me that they were fully booked even though there were openings on the site. They said they couldn't host me. Neighbors told me that it was white only. I was harassed by whites, Mexicans and latins. Vector proved them right. You can't report discrimination from minorities and live. Instead of making them follow the law, they denied me amenities and service. I've never seen anything this racist in my life. Neighbors steal wifi. Offices share your personal information with people in the neighborhood.

We had a trip scheduled during Memorial weekend. Due to the high number of Covid-19 cases in the area we did prefer to book an apartment instead of a hotel room. We booked an apartment thru Vector Travel two weeks in advance of our arrival date. The confirmation email was not received at the time of booking, but our credit card was charged immediately. I contacted the company a couple of days after to get the confirmation information, during that call I was also requested to fill up the check-in application that was completed 6 days before our date of arrival. This application requires to provide documents and a personal picture, including the driving license picture.
I did find out, after our booking, performed directly from Vector Travel, that the same unit was also listed in Vrbo and in Airbnb, the listings included multiple negative comments from previous tenants about bug infestations and other negative remarks. Subsequently, I did contact Vector Travel customer services a few times, including a couple of days before our arrival, to ensure that all was in order with our booking, I was reassured every time that the condition of the apartment was very good and didn’t need to worry about it.
The day before our arrival our booking was cancelled, I contacted immediately Vector Travel customer services and I was told that the apartment was going thru some type of disinfestation.
Our complain is the timeline for cancellation, obviously Vector Travel was aware of problems with this unit months in advance (reported by other tenants) but they waited until one day before our arrival to cancel our reservation. By then, it was extremely hard to book another apartment forcing us to change all our plans with the associated implications. We are now wondering the reason they have requested all the information during check-in process (pictures, address, names, driving license, etc.) when Vector Travel knew in advance that the apartment had issues and was subject to cancellation.
I am posting this review for new customer awareness. Also note that the posting from Airbnb with negative comments is currently removed. The booking from Vrbo did show the apartment booked our days plus the two consecutive ones, and also other days were booked prior/after our booking.
