Vector Windows received the order *** remotely from *** *** at Lyman Lumber Company This order was reviewed and an order acknowledgement was sent back to Lyman Lumber verifying the order and the required date of 7/18/ Vector Windows delivered this whole order in it's entirely
on 7/18/to Lyman Lumber and was signed by the customer These windows were delivered with no damage.On 8/10/at 12:12pm, Ken *** from Lyman Lumber sent an email to our Vector Salesman, Jeff *** requesting some service parts to be sent to replace some damaged windows At 12:15pm on 8/10/Jeff *** sent this request into Service to take action on getting new parts sent and to schedule Vector Service department to go out and fix the following Thursday.On 8/11/at 9:06am, Vector received this complaint and immediately begin looking into the claim After speaking with Ken, he stated that these windows were delivered on 7/with no damage These windows sat at Lyman Lumber and then were delivered by Lyman to the jobsite 8/ This is when the damage occurred.A new order was put in and was setup to deliver on 8/ Our Service Tech was able to complete this service on 8/upon picking up the parts Vector took immediate action to this response as soon as we were given the information If there is any further information needed, please let us know.Thank you,Bridget ***Vector Windows

Contractor is J&J Construction out of Pierre SDJason and John *** They can be reached at *** (Jason *** or *** (John *** They say they are working with Baumann Lumber out of FtPierre, SD but were previously working with Knect's out of Pierre, SDHopefully this information will help get this resolved because the contractors don't seem to have an answer for me as to where my screen is and keep blaming in on Vector

Vector received a service request on the afternoon of 6/15/to send a DSS-Almond Screen to Baumann Lumber Attn: Jason *** JobThis order was placed on 6/16/by Vector/prepared and builtThe screen was shipped and delivered to Baumann Lumber on 6/30/Vector received confirmation paperwork the screen was delivered and dropped at Baumann LumberI have attached this paperwork for your reviewBaumann lumber informed me today they still have the screen at their yard and they will be contacting Jason West to arrange pickupI have also called Jason *** to confirm thisHowever, he wasn't available and I left him a message with my contact information as well
