I wanted to buy a Vectotech 4TB external SSD for my computer backup. Vectotech referred me to their reseller, who demanded payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay (I later realized that this was so I would not be able to dispute their charge with my credit card company). Not suspecting any problem, I paid the reseller $703.90 for this $599.00 product, including FedEx shipment to Israel. I also paid an additional $200 in local duties and taxes. The product is malfunctioning and cannot be used. I have e-mailed the reseller but he ignored my message. I have requested an RMA from Vectotech but they have ignored my request.

Refund Vectotech should issue an RMA for me and refund the full amount of my purchase
VectoTech has resolved my complaint by having its reseller accept the return of the product and refund my payment.
