Vedic Indian Supermarket

This has happened to me twice now. I placed an order and they didn’t deliver it and never refunded the money. What are they doing? Everyone is complaining about them.

Placed an order for $249 but never received the items or refund despite multiple follow-ups on email, chat and phone.

Strangely enough, if the customer service picks the phone, they talk with courtesy telling that they would return the call in five minutes after checking but no callback.

Unprofessional company not worth dealing with.

It’s a good way to order groceries with out having to go to the store. I got everything very fresh. I will keep ordering online from this store again and again

I received most of the items I ordered and for the missing items I got back the refund immediately after informing them.They have great customer service (email) and mostly all the vegetables were fresh. Really satisfied shopping with Vedic Indian Supermarket. Would Highly recommend to anyone who wish to buy online Indian grocery in Austin.

This is in regards to an order placed on the website *** I placed an online order on the website (Order #***) for grocery items on the 3rd of April, 2020. The website did mention, at the time, that it would take 12 business days from the date of the order for the order to be fulfilled which happened to be 15th of April, 2020. The order wasn't fulfilled on time. I waited for a few more days given the current Covid-19 situation, then I didn't receive any updates or status of the order or no change in order status, I requested cancellation and they even called me and confirmed the cancellation. I asked about the refund and I was told I would receive it immediately then, this was in the fourth week of April. I have called over 10 times in the past month and a half, and I was told all the time that the refund is on the way. One time, it was mentioned that it would be the end of the day, and on another occasion, it was wait for 5 more days to see the refund show up on the card. The company records the calls every time I make a call. You could even get their phone records and check how many times I have reached out to them and the conversations that happened. Please resolve this issue. I don't understand how they charged me on my credit card upfront even before they ship out the order. It is a colossal waste of my time and effort, and above all that, the nonchalance and reluctant attitude has forced me to take an action in this issue.

I placed an online order in the amount of $56.40 on 4/24/20. Some of the items didn't get deliver to me and some got substituted. They emailed me that they will issue me a refund within two to three business days. It has been more than a month and I still haven't gotten my money back. Each time I email them, they tell me that they'll issue me a refund, but they haven't yet. I have seen some other customers complaining about the same thing on social media.

I placed an order for delivery on Apr 5th and was told my order will be delivered by Apr 15th, it has been a month and still have not received my order. I tried to contact them via email, phone calls and online chats, left them voice messages but did not get reply back to any of my messages. Online customer service specialist once told me that I will receive my order by April 28th but did not get my order delivered. Everytime I reached out to them did not get any response back.
On their website they did not put any option to cancel the order and get the refund. This is malpractice, they take the money immediately but never deliver the order.
