I received payment for an order for baseball jerseys on or about October 9, from *** ***In speaking with Ms***ff, I informed her that the order was last minute because her event was scheduled for November and that was not a great deal of time to try to order the shirts and have
them ready in such a short period of timeI told her I would do my best to make it happen for themI was contacted via text on October 31st to inform me that the person that was suppose to meet me here in Houston was no longer going to meet me and what "what did she have to do to get the shirts at this point" because the person that was suppose to meet me was no longer "coming"? I asked her what she had in mind? She called me very frustrated stated "Not to rush and the ladies that were suppose to attend the event had all backed out at the last minute"I told I was sorry that had happened but told her when I received the other shirts we could arrange a time to meet.On November 3rd I advised her that some of the shirts were ready but unfortunately I was still waiting on shirts to arriveI told her I could meet her to deliver the one's that were complete and her response was, "Naww that's ok!! Because I'm hours away thanks so much"During the holidays *** and I spoke about meeting and she asked could I mail themAlthough she had not paid for shipping, I did advise her that I would mail themI then received a very nasty message stating I didn't have any of the shirts ready, I starting seeing negative posts on my business pages from the person that filed this complaint "***" who I have never spoke with before or that never attempted to reach out to meAt this point, any of the ladies can send me a message via *** or call me to arrange a pickup in HoustonThe baseball shirts were out of season when the initial order was placed and *** was informed of thisI will offer a full refund for those shirts that have not arrived for the $that was paid for the shirts initiallyThanks!
