Response: This is in regards of the complaint made against my companyThe customer's car was brought in for a failing AC and when that was being fixed their was a shortage in the wires and the computer was damagedHowever, this was discussed between the mechanic and the customer when they came into the shop, they were told that the price would have to be settled with myselfThe price for the used engine computer was $and the customer agreed on this priceThe waiting period from the time we order the part to when it gets delivered to the shop is a week, and when the part came in it was the wrong part because the computer's serial number didn't correspond to the customer's carWhen the customer called back to see what was going on with their car it was explained that the wrong computer had been sent in and that the order had to be redone; adding a week to the waitThe car was, indeed, in the shop's lot, un-driveable for days because a car cannot run without an engine computerThe new computer that was installed into the car had to be reprogrammed, but this must be done to any computer being installed into a carThe towing from the shop to the dealership was free of charge and any price that has come after that has not been in my controlThe dealership has charged the customer of $for the reprogramming but none of that money goes to my company; they are two separate thingsA discount on the bill from the shop was given to the customer, reducing her price of $to $due to the inconvenience of time Sent on: 8/15/12:35:PM

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and agree that this was the resolution at the timeI did finally receive my vehicle after daysHowever, within days the vehicle would not start on three different occasions and I had to have it towed to a different shop for assessmentAfter communicating with Mr*** regarding a possible resolution, he agreed to fix the vehicle again with no additional costOverall, the original and corresponding issues were resolvedI do feel that if appropriate, timely, and professional communication had occurred from the very onset of the problems, the majority of this could have been avoidedI recommend that the owner encourage his staff to contact customers and provide updates, especially when problems arise such as parts taking longer than necessary to arrive at the final destination

I went to this shop just to get a new tire (mine was flat due to a nail). It all went downhill from there. One of the vehicles in the parking lot that they had been working on, hit my car leaving very visible damages. There was no one in the other vehicle. So the owner said he would give me a few dollars due to the incident, but I refused because I wanted my car fixed. So he agreed to fix it. When going to get my car fixed he would keep changing his story as to when I could bring my car in. He finally (weeks later) said I could bring my car in to be fixed. I did, left it overnight, and the next day when I went to pick it up my car no longer worked. I called him and told him. He said he would be there to look at it, then turned his phone off. And refused to answer his phone for days anytime he seen my number calling. But would answer immediately if I called from another number. So again, he said he would fix it. After having my car for 2 more weeks (supposedly fixing it) I kept calling to see when it would be ready. He then told me (after us agreeing that he would do labor for free and I would pay for parts when the car was fixed) that I needed to give him the money before he fixed my car. So my car was just sitting there for weeks while he was lying saying he was working on my car. This guy, LUIS V[redacted], and his shop is just one big scam. I immediately towed my car somewhere else. Even that was a hassle because he said he had my parts in my car, turns out he didn't. So It took hours just for him to give me my parts. THIS MAN IS A LIAR AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. You go in for something simple, and the end result is weeks of hassles and you end up spending ridiculous amounts of money.
