I would recommend from my personal experience DO NOT USE THIS SHOP
*** *** had referred me to Vega's Kustoms with Vegas business cardSo I called and talked with *** *** and he said bring down your items to get an estimateSo I took my bench seat, door panels and dash pad down to Vega’s Kustoms to get an estimate*** Vega gave me a quote that seemed reasonable after negotiating a little Gave him 40% down in cash (said the credit card machine wasn’t working) and two days later decided to bring my vehicle down there to get the complete interior done(he did ask for more money as he wanted the total 50% down he said to order more materials) My build partner was with me this whole time and through 85% of the processHe went down the day after I got my estimate and went over the design for the door panels, kick panels and dash and seat once moreMy Build partner had also drawn out a detailed picture of what we wanted, sent pictures over text of vehicles we found online of what we wanted and even taped the door out with the design we wantedSo *** agreed he could get it done in days and said, I don’t copy people designs but I can do this for you guys and just do a couple of tweaks on it here and there We went to pick up the vehicle late on the third day and only the steering wheel and half the padding for the floor was done(mind you I already dropped off the seat door panels and dash that he had for days with no work done to those and had my 50% deposit) Followed up with *** every day after that for a total of daysThe first week after he was suppose be done I made a trip down to shop in the morning and me and my build partner in the evening to check progress with nothing being done even for the first 9-daysUsed every excuse in the book why he couldn't do the work than made every promise telling us he would have it done tomorrow and the next day and the next and the nextA week in half into the process he asked me to take my vehicle out of his shop because he had other work to get doneI was happy to get my truck out of his shop as it’s a tight space and was worried about my show vehicle getting scratched or dingedI Didn't demand my money back at this point as I knew it was going to be headache and I needed him to finish what he had as he had half my money in cash and there was no way he was going to give back my moneyAs I went to get my truck out that night he was still working on getting the carpet done and my build partner was telling him on how he should install certain panels because now he was in rush and didn’t care about quality of his work and he just seemed to want us out of hairHe did the worst job on my dash, kick panels are crooked, (he said when I did them they were straight but when you install them they fit different) steering wheel has bumps in it and carpet is just a complete messI have overspray of his glue gun all over my new paint inside my engine bay, wheel wheels, under hood, rockers, windows, under dash, all over the wires and carpet that I need to clean out an up*** Said I could clean it with mineral spiritsMe clean it, really? SO it starts getting worse from hereI stay on him just over text message as I got tired of driving over there twice a day asking about my seat and door panels that still needed to be done*** kept saying Ill have them done todayThan the next day it was same and the next dayFinally I get the text Ill be done shortly, you can pick them up todayMy buddy and I went to pick them up and crap hit the ceilingDoor panels weren’t done he changed the complete design so I refused to pay for the rest of items as he changed the complete design (because he already did the easy work and made the kick panels and went off the design of those)I told him I was taking my stuff he said no you’re not so we both called the police and they showed upFor some odd reason I couldn’t take what belonged to me that day and just asked for my money backWell didn’t get my money back and decided to go down the next day with a stand by officerAfter the officer talked with me than *** *** he wanted the chance to fix or make right with was neededI just wanted my items backFor some odd reason I have to pay for my items IN FULL because *** will not reason with me on his mistakesSO I paid for my seat just so I could take it and get the heck out of his shop and wrote out an agreement to finish the door panels which I don’t want, but have no choiceSaid they would be done the next day - afternoonGuess what, I get an email stating they are not done we will have them finished tomorrow and please bring cashAre you serious? Email below from his wife…

Im going to beg anyone who reads this tread this far please don’t use this guy and spread the wordDon’t go through the same headache I went thoughHopefully after Vega’s see this they might decide to changeIf you do use them Only pay 25% down with a credit card, make sure you have a detailed sheet stating what you want done down to every nut and bolt and stich and draw it outMake sure you have a detailed deadline and express the importance on communication with *** Vega signing all of itYou get a copy they get a copy of what going to be doneHold them responsible for what they say they are going to do AND DO NOT PAY THEM WITH CASH!

Ive had a few folks and business say they might be asking for that 50% deposit cash to run the business and pay bills do the easy work and keep taking on new projects and getting more cash like a Ponzi schemeYou pay cash you can’t dispute the work
For those folks that don’t know interior guys have the worst reputation in the business and *** Vega gives the people the right to say that about their trade
Ive talked with people in the community that know *** Vega through car shows and some other vehicles he has done out of house (before he got a store location) and they all have said he is a hit or miss guy with the work that he doesThey also ask me “Did you screwed over?” Well Yes

I have a VW which I had Vegas Kustom interiors install a headliner and carpet as well as upholster my seats,rear speaker deck, speaker kick panels and shifter coverNot only was the owner very professional, he also made very good suggestions on what to do with my interiorThese suggestions not only made the interior more visually appealing also improved the functionality
I found the workmanship to be great and the cost very reasonableI have sent friends of mine to Vegas Kustom and they were also very happy with the end result
Please be extremely careful when dealing with these peopleHad to call the police after Richards wife illegally/without permission entered my buddies suv, climbed in the back and started kicking the inside of the car until her husband opened the back hatch and they stole the seat and consoleSeat was paid for and Richard wanted more than he quoted on the console after we gave him money for itVirginia V is his wife-she wrote their star review
I have had Richard do you work for me in the past so I asked him to do another set of seats for meHe quoted me a decent number so I gave him the go aheadHe told me it would be done by the end of the weekI gave him a small deposit and left him with my seatsAfter weeks (vs 1) only the seats were ready and not the consoleI picked up the seats and paid him for the remaining balance due on the seatsI was going to give him the remaining $once the center console was completeWhen I got the seats home and inspected the seats in the light, I realized that the patterns were off so I contacted Richard and asked him to fix themHe told me that's how they are and told me if I wanted something different I would have to pay for itI took the seats to other upholstery companiesThey both inspected the seats and said that there is no reason for the seats not to match and quoted me to fix themBoth quoted me around $to repair his mistakesI then went to Richards, informed him of my findings and asked him again to correct his mistakeHe still wanted $to fix his mistake so he could cover the cost of the materialsI told him no, I told him I would not pay for the console until my seat was redone so the seats matchedHe agreed and took my seat back
Again, he promised to have it done quickly-the next dayHow ever, days later I'm finally able to pick everything upI've got a broken leg and I'm stuck in the truck so my buddy gets the seat and shows me the seat and the quality is pretty poor but I'm not in the mood to argue so I except itThen he brings the console outWe put everything in the back of the suv and I'm waiting for Richard to come out and instead his wife comes outShe demands more money than what he originally quoted me for the consoleOriginally and I supply the materialsNow he wants and some changeWe hand her $and she starts complaining, puts the money in her pocket and then she decides to open the rear passenger door while I'm sitting in the front passenger, climbs over the seats and starts kicking the window and the rest of the back of the carMy buddy tells Richard he better get his wife out of his car so Richard opens the back door of the SUV and they take the seat and console and they run inside the buildingShe then takes the money out of her pocket and throws it at my buddyAll of this because they want to overcharge me from their original quoted price on top of *** poor qualityWe call the police and they come to help us out but of course Richard and Virginia won't do the right thing so I end up having to pay the extra money in order to get my seatsIt's either take the loss or got a judgement in small claims court and probably not get anything because they will just file a bankruptcyWhy do I say that, because Richard says I'm going to close the shop down anyways
