Review: I brought a cell phone with out service (just the phone)I am going to put my card in the phone because my phone was acting up so I got a new one. Within two hours I took it back because all my phone needed was a battery. He told me there is no cash refunds on it is on my receipt yes it is on receipt and it also in the store but this what happen he gave me the phone but the box the came in he put the receipt so because I saw him write the receipt for$100.00 I did not check it and the sign was not in the front of the store so people can see it when they come in the store or else I would never buy in the store I am a disable person unable to work I am on disability income but I needed the phone. Please help to get my money back they did not told me no cash refunds when I brought the phone nor did I see any sign up front.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100.00 back not a store credit.
