At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pittman Restoration, LLC regarding complaint ID 11303805, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: A representative from the company contacted me shortly after the Revdex.com sent over the formal complaint We discussed the complaint as
well as a proposed remedy; however, no action has been made by Pittman since our initial conversationI requested an itemized receipt for appropriate materials that were purchased for use in the flat roof repairI've yet to receive this documentation I also informed the representative that I would like to request a refund in full minus the cost of materials that were indeed appropriate(Inappropriate materials are those materials that should not have been used in repairs)
