I purchased a Veggie Bullet on 3-24-and registered the warranty shortly thereafterI received a confirmation email from [redacted] on3-29-that I had a month warrantyI used the spiralizer about or timesLast Sunday when I used it the shaft broke offVeggie Bullet customer service said it was not under warranty because I purchased it from an “unauthorized “ store so therefore the month warranty was from dat of manufacture instead of date of purchaseThey said it was manufactured on 3-1-so the warranty expired 6-1-I used the scenario that when you buy a car the warranty starts on the purchase date not the manufacture dateBut because I purchased it from an unauthorized retailer, they won’t stand behind itNo where on their confirmation email that I have a month warranty did it say that

The item is not worth the price, the parts are hard to assemble....the offer was for free shipping and they charged me fake fraudulent advertizing

I got an alert from a credit monitoring service that a collection account was added to my reportI had no idea what Veggie Bullet wasI looked it up online and found out what it wasI would never purchase it, I own a professional KitchenAid mixer with all the attachmentsI don't want or need a small countertop appliance
I have been having trouble with fraud and our family has found out that an employee that had access to our personal information, banking and financial information for decades had been stealing from usHe worked for us for a very long timeI will file a police report and send it to this company, the credit bureaus and this corrupt collection agencyI assume this is something that this person didIf not, they are mixing me up with another consumerThe collection agency never contacted me, they just opened up a collection accountThey didn't follow the legal procedures that I am entitled to according to the FCRAOn my report it says,

I ordered the veggie bullet from the company and realized that I will not use itI followed their return policy and I was given a RMA number and an address to return toAbout 3weeks after, I called veggie bullet about my refund and was told that the product was not processed as yetI then called again about 2weeks after the first and was then told they received the product and to expect my refund within business daysNow this product was mailed on July 26, and today August 30, a customer service rep is telling me that I sent it to the wrong address and they have record that they gave me the correct address

Thank you for reply Bertha.   Response:   Our records indicate that an order for the Veggie Bullet was placed online on 4/29/17 from IP location in Oklahoma near Tulsa. The billing address provided at the time [redacted] - [redacted], Broken Arrow OK 74013. Our advertised “5-month...

payment plan” of $32.98 was selected. The first payment of $32.98 billed 4/30/17, and the order shipped 5/1/17 and delivered 5/4/17 via FedEx 1[redacted]1 to shipping address [redacted] - [redacted]. AVS match search confirms shipping address is for [redacted].   We were unsuccessful of obtaining payment 2 for $32.98 on 5/30/17. A payment decline email notification warning was sent on 5/30/17, 6/1/17 and 6/3/17. After 3 unsuccessful responses. We emailed a Collections warning notification email on 6/8/17 and 6/13/17. Our final attempt to notify customer was a mailed physical letter sent on 6/13/17. After several attempts to notify customer the account was sent to Allied Collections Services on 7/9/17.     If a police report was filed, they may forward documents for review to Veggie Bullet – [redacted], (Attn: Collections Dept. CU2569297), [redacted].
