We do apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the letter that Mr*** receivedMarketing letters are sent with a "vehicle
protection center" logo, advising the customer's vehicle has come out of factory coverage, and they are eligible for an after market extensionSimilar to car dealerships sending out what appears to be a check written to the customer for a certain amount of money, all notices should be read in their entirety to ensure proper understandingThe $fine pertains to opening mail addressed to someone else, punishable with a fine up to $from the USPSThis same disclaimer is found on all marketing mailers addressed to a specific personMr*** has been removed from our mailer list, but this does take up to days to process, and we are not in control of other companies mailer systems

Vehicle Repair Network does not charge an early termination or processing fee because we are the brokerage and do not service policies.
