Complaint ID To whom it may concern: In regards to the refund procedure and needing of a cancel letter, I have attached the policy for a frame of referenceThe customer did cancel 9/7/16, however failed to follow the procedure for a refund, until we received the letter of cancellation 12/21/I apologize for all the time frames you are citing that you receivedWe desire to be efficient and concise, and this account appears to be the opposite of those objectivesI have recently assumed the position here and previous management had let a lot of things fall through the cracks, your account unfortunately being one of those examplesI do hope Mr [redacted] that you accept my sincere apology for the undue delay In terms of the coverage and the issues with the mileage- The policy begins at the date of purchase 7/1/2015-hence the effective date and expiration date on the second page cited Contract Registration PageThe policy is effective after the days and 1,mile validation periodYour vehicle comes with a 4/50k factory warrantyThe factory warranty isn't just mileage based as your statingThe vehicle's factory warranty may have began in when the vehicle was manufactured because its time OR miles-which ever happen firstThis is the responsibility of the purchaser to verifyIn no way do we try to hide those details as they are common knowledge and a slight period of double coverage is recommended so there isn't a gap In terms of the tire repair and after market parts: Page Section under Administrator Responsibilities clearly cites in bold print, " Covered parts may be replaced depending on availability and at the Administrator discretion with like kind, and quality, used, rebuilt, re manufactured or new parts." Refund check # [redacted] has been mailed as of 3/27/in the amount of The refund is pro-rated as stated on page The refund is based on the unused time and miles of the coverageI do understand your postilion with feeling like the refund should be based on 30k miles, but as I stated in the second paragraph, this account was handled compliantly The contract is sent in writing within two weeks of purchase so the consumer can review the contract and see if it is to their liking If not, they are entitled to a full refund within days of purchasing in the State of FloridaThe customer was privy to all of these terms before continuing with the coverageThe coverage is now cancelled and issued a pro-rated refund as the customer cancelled after daysI hope this resolves any concerns, if not please call us at [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Customer Service Manager

To whom it may concern: To address the unwarranted fictitious claims: BVE Marketing is the name listed on the mailer so transparency of marketing is made aware to the customer- separate entity Omnisure is a separate entity and is the billing provider for Vehicle Service Contracts in our
industry Marathon is the Administrator of the contract- they also are a separate entity from usMarathon only sells in dealerships and through agents (we are an agent) Motor Protection Services is our DBA *All of this is outlined in the contract, and on the recorded callSo I'm unaware how your confusion has come aboutI have attached the contract for a refresh of the information. As you can see, we are not as you claim "the same company" or even related for that matterMost importantly, these are reputable companies with their own EIN numbers and are not scamming consumersOur company doesn't call you, force you to purchase a Protection Plan, or force you to keep one as you cited you successful cancelled on 2/07/17 This is a legitimate product, serviced by reputable companiesFeel free to use the links below for accurate research. I do understand your postilion with feeling like the refund should be based on 30k miles, but as I stated in the second paragraph, this account was handled compliantly.  The contract is sent in writing within two weeks of purchase so the consumer can review the contract and see if it is to their liking.  If not, they are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchasing in the State of Florida. The customer was privy to all of these terms before continuing with the coverage. The coverage is now cancelled and issued a pro-rated refund as the customer cancelled after 60 days. I hope this resolves any concerns, if not please call us at [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] Customer Service Manager
