Mrs*** is scheduled to be built on Monday October 19th

We do understand that Ms*** wants an exact date for installation, however, with the current weather situation we are not able to give an exact date As of today we are looking at installing Ms***'s carport by the end of next week or by Saturday October 17th

We are aware of the repair situation for this customer. We have spoken with the installer and action will be taken and should be complete by Friday, January 13th

I am rejecting this response because:  It has been more than 8 weeks since I made the initial contact with the company  directly.   It took them more than a week to contact the owner to get confirmation on how to proceed although I was later told they do these types of donation to auctions all the time.   When I spoke to the general manager 3 weeks ago, I was told that I had been moved up in the scheduling since it had been so long but still have not gotten a date of when they expect to install.    Basically,  was told by the general manager that these "Freebies"  that were donated for charitable events were pushed to the bottom of the installation schedule.   In order for this complaint to be resolved is to get an installation date that they are committed to.

In response made by our customer, Diamond Outdoor considers all buildings a priority. We try to handle everything in a timely manner. Repairs or issues with inspections are handled by the sub-contractor that built the structure. The customer had came by our office in July and spoke to the person who...

handles repairs and at that time the sub-contractor was made aware of the situation. We are under the impression that this matter has already been resolved. On August 6th the customer contacted our office about the wind rating on his roll up doors and said that was the only information he needed to get the building to pass inspection. The day after he called our office, he reached out to the company we order our roll up doors from and on August 8th the company emailed in reference to the call that was made by our customer. Since this we haven't been in contact with the customer. I did try to reach out to the customer today but didn't get a answer.

Someone from our office that handles the repairs was in contact with the customer on 8/22/17 the customer had even sent pictures over. We will keep the customer informed and stay in touch until the repair is complete. Part of the complaint is the color of the door knob, which they are all the same. Also colored screws are available at an additional charge to the customer which was not included at the time of purchase. As for the installer contacting the customer on the day the building was being completed, we collect two balances one before the installer starts which is the remaining balance owed on the material and the second which is the installers pay once they are finished. They were almost finished with installation and needed to collect the remaining amount which was owed to them.

a charity event.  Chris [redacted] is not a sales person at our company.  He is an installer and the person that donated the carport to the event.  At the point in which Ms. [redacted] did contact our company her order was put into the rotation along with all other orders.  As soon as Ms. [redacted]'s order comes up in our rotation we will install the carport.

Mr. [redacted] is in framing now and sheet metal has been ordered.  He should be receiving a phone call from our company by Friday, February 24th to schedule install of his metal structure.

I am rejecting this response because:
Once again ,  this business has failed to meet their commitments.   In their previous response,  the install date would be no later than 10/17 but as of today 10/16,  there has been absolutely no contact made by the company to arrange for this to be installed.    It has now been 3 months since I started communications directly  with the company to get the carport installed but no success to this point.
