1: Car. The car was in excellent condition, absolutely fell in love with it since the day it was posted for sale. Jorge did an amazing job with the video introduction of the car, which was extremely helpful and conducive for the subsequent purchase. The video was very detailed, and I was able to confirm its accuracy when I went down to the dealership and took an actual look in person. He does a detailed video for many, if not all, of their inventory, which is a huge help for out-of-state buyers. I was able to take a look of their show room, and it was extremely well-kept, which gave me added confidence in the purchase process, on top of the condition of the car and my excellent communication experience with their team.
2. People and Service. Speaking of the Vehiclemax team, Jorge, Tony, Julio, and the receptionist lady were all incredibly nice to work with. I reached Jorge, the owner, first, and he was very helpful in telling me more about the car, and facilitating the eventual shipping of the car. For the rest of the process, I worked with Tony, who's the manager. Tony was helpful, courteous, straight-forward, and responsive throughout the entire process. There was zero drama whatsoever. It's obvious that they've been in the business for a long time, and it reflects how well they understand the customers' needs and perspectives. Julio was a tremendous help as well. With extensive experience in the automotive industry, he really took some time to walk me through the different functionalities of the car. He always had a warm smile, which made the buying experience extra approachable.
Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with Vehiclemax, and I would definitely buy from this team again. They are professionals, but more so humans.
