I have reviewed the response from Vehicles Unlimited I did have a $coupon(which they retained)for an oil change and tire rotation, which was my purpose in going there The coupon made no mention regarding labor for the services rendered on the oil change and tire rotation I did consent to the air filter and changing a back up light bulb following the oil change which took less than ten minutesMy invoice reflects a total of $for labor Vehicles Unlimited is luring customers in with coupons that do not reflect hidden costs The truth is they're deals are too good to be true, because they are liars! The company responded via phone as follows: The coupon was for $for oil change and tire rotationThis cost does not include shop fees or labor costsThe consumer consented to additional work, including air filter and light bulb replacementBulb cost $The air filter was $ /> Company's labor rate is $per hourThe consumer was charged $for a half hour's laborThe company feels that the consumer was charged appropriately for the services performed

Company responded by phone 6/1/15- [redacted] Mr [redacted] from the company states that they only repaired the wheel baring on the consumer carHe states that he contacted a Mercedes dealer to get the history of the carHe states that Mercedes had repaired some parts and states that he tried to give the consumer a copy of the report but the consumer walked out without taking the paperwork
