Broken down limos! Had to take our own car to wedding ceremony Rude driver who was going too fast, when told to slow down we were ignored until he had to slam on brakes causing the mother of the bride to slide onto the floor in her evening gown.

This trip is booked under a different name then the complaint. After more reseach, the trip is booked under [redacted] but the complaint and person who called us is [redacted]. When [redacted] called we had that trip completed and paid for by [redacted], however it was not...
this [redacted]. The trip under [redacted] was booked and paid for, but was cancelled before driver went out. Therefore the charge is $35.00 processing fee. We will credit the credit card for $236.90 on Monday. Next time they need to assure the persons name on the booking as we usually only talk to the person on the ticket. Sorry for the confusion. The Worst experience ever. Hired the car for a show in Philly. Car was dirty when it arrived but it was cheaper than everyone else. Im not sure if he fell asleep but driver crashed the car on the way home. Totaled another car and didn't ask if we we're ok or the other driver. His first priority was to call his boss! It was up to me and my son to call 911 for the other driver. They left us on the side of the road at 1am and basically said I was on my own to get home.
