I bought my wedding dress from Veils and Tails for my wedding in Following the wedding, I brought my dress into Veils and Tails to be preservedI paid for the service before leaving my dress with the shopThe owner told me it could be awhile until they could send it in because the service they use for preservation requires dressesThat was in August of I have tried multiple times since then to contact the store online, via phone, and in person with no successThe phone number does not allow a message to be leftI received no answer on the Facebook message I sent and when visiting the store, it is now only open for appointments onlyI called the number listed on the door 608-289-and left a voicemail and sent a text message, but have not received repliesI'm requesting information on the status of my wedding dress
