The customer sent in a request for status on her order that was placed almost a week prior Our items are made to order and we are not a big box store so it takes up to two weeks to fill an order that is hand-sewn I called this customer and I received no answer and I sent a message I have the right to refuse an order if I feel the customer does not understand our policies and will become impatient upon receipt I fully refunded this order on 3/27/ I will be happy to refer the customer to someone who makes a similar design but again she will need to wait the appropriate time to receive the item
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint First of all , I have never dealt with this company in the past and I am not aware of how big the company is What I am aware of is that I asked a question all she would have needed to do is RESPOND to her customers and advise them on the status of their order I did not request my order to be cancelled and because of the poor service I do not intend to drop any complaints that I have filed It is her right to cancel orders because a customer asks a question and it is my right to warn other consumers.It would have taken a simple email or call prior to cancelling my order, I wasn't worthy of any communication Other consumers should be aware of this I would like proof from this company that I requested my order to be cancelled until then I will not be satisfied This isn't about money it is about The Poor Customer Service I Received Regards,
