Hello,This customer ordered an item that was a PRE ORDER for a start ship date of November ***Today is November *** which is completely within the time frame of our shipping time. Upon ordering this dress, the customer was fully informed that it was a PRE Order item.The customer did
contact us via email during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend but our offices was closed during that time. We spoke to the customer today and we provided her with a full refund on this order.
