Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 14, 2014/12/03) */ THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED JUST BRAKE PADS...BUT AFTER CHECKING THE BRAKES, THE TECH RECOMMENDED CHANGING THE ROTORS AS WELLTHE ROTORS WERE GROOVEDTHE CUSTOMER WAS INFORMED AND THE WORK WAS DONEAFTER THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETE, AND THE CUSTOMER WAS PAYING, SHE INFORMED US THAT SHE DIDN'T WANT THE ROTORSTHE MANAGER OFFERED TO TAKE THE ROTORS OFF AND PUT THE CUSTOMER'S OLD ROTORS BACK ON..CUSTOMER TOLD THE MANAGER NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND PAID AND LEFTIF THE CUSTOMER SAYS, "DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT" HOW CAN SHE THEN SAY THAT WE "SCAMMED" HER? THE NEED WAS THERE, THE OFFER WAS MADEA MISUNDERSTANDING OCCURRED AND THE MANAGER MADE AN EFFORT TO FIX THE SITUATIONTHE CUSTOMER DECLINED...THERE WAS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO GET OVER ON ANYONETHE NEED WAS APPARENTROTOR DAMAGE CAN NOT BE DETERMINED BY BRAKE WARE PERCENTAGEIT IS DETERMINED BY DRIVEABILITY CONDITIONS
Went and got an oil change after driving the car seen smoke from under the hood, once I looked there was a shop towel left under the hood which could have set me car on fire had I not noticed the smoke quicklyWent back to shop they checked to see of anything was damaged it was notI asked manager if there was any compensation for the incident he says it was a mistake and plus the car didn't catch fireThis is very unprofessional and the least they could have done is gave me the oil change for free

This is an unprofessional establishment. They lack customer service. The service was sloppy, there was oil spilled everyone. The manager Rick was very unprofessional and rude. His attitude towards clients is nonchalant. I would never return to this establishment ever again.
