Company did not ship or send my order even after calling numerous times and ordering a second time
I called and ordered tulip bulbs on October They were #438, 618, and and the total was around $30.00, billed to my Visa credit cardThe company told me they would be shipped out soon and I should have them in two weeks After waiting two weeks I noticed I had not been billed for them so called the company again This time the gentleman I spoke with told me he would check into it, and asked again for my order He said that everything I had ordered was in stock and shouldn't be any problem to send He said he'd call back, but I never heard any more from them I tried numerous times to contact someone and after several days more of trying finally got in touch with someone in billing He told me they had no bulbs left as everything they had left was already planted He offered no apologies whatsoever and simply said there wasn't anything that could be done other than look
