Four years ago I had sent a written and verbal complaint to Frasers Exteriors for the sloppy way my screen door had been installed and their horrible customer service
I am happy to report that when I submitted a complaint to the B.B.B just months ago thinking it would go ignored once again, I was pleasantly surprised when Frasers contacted me immediately
The next day the general manager, Jim, Ben and Jonathan came to my house to see what my issue wasJim explained that they had taken over Frasers and had been working hard to return Frasers name to the great company they had once beenWell, not only did they solve all of my issues but they went well over and above my expectationsThey offered to replace my entire roof even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and had done a good job installing it I was shockedI declined their generous offer because there was no needThey replaced my screen door with a much higher quality door that had a hidden screen and glass from top to bottomBeautifulThey also replaced my eavestrouphs, edging and downspouts in the color I wanted, for free!
I would highly recommend Frasers Exteriors because I know they will continue to go out of their way to make and keep their customers happy

The have a lot of integrity and were friendly and professional throughout the whole processMy calls were answered immediately and I was kept up to date so I knew what was happening
