I had the recent misfortune of having my central air condition unit go out on me, I started calling around for estimates on getting the unit changed out, after receiving a couple estimates *** with Aire Serv of Lafayette showed up, looked things over, explained to me in a language I could understand what needed to be done, offered me the estimate which happened to be considerably less than the other prices I was quoted from the other companies and I quickly agreed to use Aire Serv of Lafayette, once I agreed *** called their shop to verify the equipment was in stock only to find out the agreed upon condensor unit was out of stock, *** then made the decision to give me a better condensor unit at the same price he originally quoted me just so I would not have to go a couple more days without having air conditioning, how awesome is that! Thank you very much ***I won't hesitate to call you should the need arise in the future

*** with aire serv of Lafayette came and service my ac and heating system I was very statified with him He was clean , wearing the covers over his boots when in the house , he was very complete and very polite He also found a problem with a part on the a/c, although it was not giving me problems now , it would have broke later, probably in the middle of the nite, he had the part on the truck and changed it saving me a service fee laterI am statified with aire serv of Lafayette, and *** He would be the I asked for next time
