Tracy was a great help to us at Cajun RVera campground when the AC in our RV broke. He was working with another client and gladly came to help us unannounced when he was finished with them. All we had to do was call the service for a ticket and he was available. Very easy dealing with the service operator and Trcy was very knowledgable and helpful.
After a long 3 weeks of dealing with ac issues, Mr. Mike Kole was God sent. He was the nices most polite and understanding man that I have met in a long time. Not only did he make sure that he did not leave our house without the air fixed, he also took the time to show me and help me understand what was going on. He was very humble, very helpful and really a blessing. I also appreciate his helper Chad for all that he assisted with. Thank you again Mr. Mike for making sure we have working ac and for your kind and understanding ways.
