We had a dispute over a mixup in a recent reimbursement (we had relocated and were continued to be charged the monthly maintenance fee....we didn't catch it for several months and HHC were prompt in dealing with this) that was submitted as a complaint to Revdex.com but was quickly resolved today Appears to have been a misunderstanding but their work and service, as indicated in my original complaint, was always first class and we were extremely happy with their professionalism, speed, and they were very cost competitive I wouldn't hesitate highly recommending them to others

I purchased carpet from Carpet Fashions a year and a half agoThe staff was very friendly and helpful during the whole processThree months after having my carpet installed it started getting ripples in itI called Carpet Fashions and they came out to re-stretch itI thought they did the right thing since I had only had the carpet for monthsWhen they came out to my house they said the carpet wasn't installed right to begin with and that they really should re-stretch it from my closet but that they didn't want to since I had some shoes on the floor that they didn't want to moveSo now year later here I am having the same problem with my carpetIt looks awfulI called Carpet Fashions days ago to inform them of this problem and they proceeded to tell me that they only have a year warranty for carpet and I will have to pay someone to come out and fix itI would never purchase carpet or anything for that matter from this companyI am highly disappointed

Great place to buy a vehicle but an awful service department I dropped off my vehicle on the evening prior to an early morning service appointment the next day (installation of a backup camera) They provided me with a loaner/rental vehicle and I was told that I could pick up the vehicle the following evening at when I planned to return I arrived at and as I walked in to the service department I noticed a voicemail message that had been left minutes earlier It was â Rickâ from the service department telling me that my vehicle would not be ready for pickup that day I live an hour away from the dealership and asked why it had taken them more than hours to contact me to tell me the vehicle wasnâ t ready â Rickâ told me that he called as soon as he found out I asked why he didnâ t know sooner and said again that he had just found outHe added â Iâ m not going to call a customer at noon and tell them that their vehicle might not be readyâ I guess the alternative of a wasted hour round trip for the customer is their preferred way of doing business I asked to get my vehicle back because I needed it for business the next day (towing) and he told me that I could not have it back because it was not put back together So I was stuck with a rental vehicle not equipped for the work that I needed to do, essentially losing money to lost work the next day â Rickâ said â Sometimes things happenâ I asked who his supervisor was and he said that he wasnâ t there I asked for his supervisorâ s name again and he rolled his eyes and said again that the supervisor wasnâ t there Finally I asked him for his supervisorâ s card and he gave it to me I asked for my rental vehicle back so that I could get home and he said to go get it again from the rental agent He only accompanied me to the rental agent to explain how to bill the second day of the rental car when I asked him to Never once did he apologize for the situation (until I asked him for an apologyâ ¦which got me another eye roll) and behaved as though I was wasting his time The sales person that originally sold me the vehicle saw me on the way out and offered me a truck for the day so that I could take care of my scheduled business and he also offered to bring my vehicle to me when it was finished But because of insurance reasons I could not use a vehicle other than my own and frankly I had such a poor experience I just wanted to get out of there Iâ d buy from them again but will never trust them with repairing my vehicle If they canâ t be courteous an honest at the service desk how can I know that my vehicle is being repaired properly and is safe to operate once I get it back Disappointed doesnâ t begin to cover it I wonâ t go back

I have a fleet vehicle that needs to have certain services completed by a Sprinter dealer, so my only choice was to go to Bonneville and SonsMy first visit I waited easily twice as long as the time given while I sat in the waiting room and was not able to visit my accounts on timeThe second experience, I dropped off the vehicle for brakes on a Friday and was told it would be ready on MondayDidn't hear from the service department so I called on Tuesday and they hadn't even started yet! This is a fleet vehicle I need in order to do my job and they can't put new brakes on it in a span of days?? Then I started receiving auto emails from them with car offers that I was unable to unsubscribe fromI had to call to have them remove meThen again today (again because I didn't think I had a choice) called to see if I could drop off my vehicle for repair...not only was the girl in the service department rude, she also told me they couldn't help me until the following month and I didn't even tell her what I needed! All doneI have since found a service department that knows what customer service is! Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere for your service

I would never purchase carpet or anything for that matter from this company. I am highly disappointed.
