verified that their connection can sustain more than 10mbps download speed. Furthermore, per the 18-month contract to which Mr. [redacted] refers (viewable at [redacted]), Velociter Wireless Inc. in no way guarantees that the client will always see 10mbps download speed, "SERVICE capability speeds should not be confused with throughput speed, which is the speed at which your router or node receives and sends internet access data. These speeds may vary, and are beyond control of the PROVIDER, and are not guaranteed," (Section G-2).We have phone call recordings and tickets documenting all correspondence with Mr. [redacted] and his constituents that plainly counter his claims that Velociter does not respond in a timely and effective manner. The last interaction between Mr. [redacted] was on Friday, November 27th of this year and culminated with him running a speedtest on www.speedtest.net and reporting back to our phone technician that his download speed was 11mbps, his upload was 2.5mbps. This is 1mbps and 0.5mbps (respectively) in excess of what Velociter advertises our Video Streamer Plan customers should receive during normal conditions.

Review: throttling of internet speed... I started service with velociter wireless internet service in jan 2012 under that stated time user agreement stated that the data cap was unlimited or on some service plans was 250 gigs per month ...I have not changed service levels or anything during that period... last year they did equipment upgrades in different area's .. when my service was installed equipment was 3G cellular dish modem that connects to local cell tower .. during last year or so they have installed newer 4G service...many people are complaining that users with older equipment are being forced by company throught use of lower data caps when changed User agreements, they refuse to recognize fact that many users have Grandfathered rights for original data caps when they signed User Agreements when they started service with the company... company is forcing people to have to upgrade there service level to the newer 4G equipment , which is $20.00 dollar increase in the monthly service... I have had many bad experiences with velociter wireless, when I first started service with them in 2012 , their advertised speeds where 2mbs or two megabytes per second download speed... I complained about the speeds I did many speed tests on different websites that test your internet speed... average speed was around 220k per second speed, not the promised speed..Yelp and google and other websites that costumers post review information, how they feel about said business, there are many complaints that are unresolved , and unhappy customers..enclosed is my google review spamming about 3 years..Desired Settlement: I had same type of experience with them.. .. I am using clearwire in a area that is off coverage map.. I get ok speed from clearwire then with their service.. speed has never gone over 300k runs most of the time under 240k ...TSK TSK --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... 2014service has gotten better over last two years... tech support and sales better also...speed is running about 200k , pretty good considering I live in boonies..no caps on plans.... only alternative for internet would be satellite which is a joke , have 10 gig traffic cap... so velociter is a good choice ... thanks scott :) ------------------------------------------June 2015..this company has imposed data caps with out warning or notifying users... now its time to have a lawyer discuss issues with them regarding fair practice. When we first joined this company it was great. No issues, no complaints on them at all. The speed was what it was meant to be. However, the company did an "upgrade" where it dropped the price, upped how fast the speeds were without charge to us... now I know why. The service is down right horrid. I got better internet on an Atnt usb stick that provided me internet. It has been nothing but issues now, the service sucks. I cannot have more than one computer on it at once, and online gaming? Forget it! I have been trying to get this fixed for the last year and a half and it is nothing but excuses. Its something in your house, its a baby monitor, phone charger, its the router (which I replaced 3 times already), its your computer. Recently I went in again about the crappy service and I was told that I am NOT getting what I am supposed to be, for some reason my net cuts off and I have a cap preventing me from getting what I am paying for... still two weeks later it is not fixed, they have not contacted me, and I am still not getting what I am paying for. They are happy to take their money, but they drag their feet when it has anything to do with solving a problem that is dropping the quality I am paying for every month. If it was not for the fact I need this internet for work and no one else covers me I would have canceled by now.

Review: We live out in the country and the only service provider for high speed Internet is velociter wireless. We signed a contract with velociter for 69.95 per month for the top speed they offer which is 10mpbs. We constantly find our speed running at 1 or less mpbs. We have contact velociter over and over and never get the issued result and waste our time on the phone as they ask us to check all of our equipment everytime we call and when it's obvious the issue is on their end not ours, they tell us that so ebony will call us back and they don't call back.I want the service I pay for and what we agreed upon. The way velociter is handling our situation is as if they could care less if they have us as a customer or not. If I could find another provider in my area then I'd drop velociter in a second and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.they have a choice to make this right or notDesired Settlement: Repair the issue with the Internet speed and we are good even though we have paid for the highest speed for well over a year and it hasn't been deliverd. Fix the issue or give us all our money back
