my complaint today is velocity builders has no customer service, and a lack of productivity I hired velocity builders to repair hail damages to my home, off of a contract from my home owners insuranceI was told they could do all my repairs, I said fantastic, This was in November of Finally after a long wait they finaly came out December,21,took hrs to put up sections of sheet rock and mudThey Still have not came back to the house to finish the repairs nor return my phone calls so in march I called the office back and told the secretary that I did not need there services anymoreShe asked why, I told her they have not finished the repairs I needed done nor have they returned my callsI hade to hire another person to do the workThis company has a bad customer service and productivity problem
